WHAT IS IT?

Tired of reapplying lip color onto your lips and it not staying? Lip Blushing is the cosmetic service for you! It focuses on altering both color and shape to create younger-looking lips.

Its important to remember to not be misled by the initial color, just like with any other tattooing, the healing process is just as crucial as the treatment itself, so waiting for the full process of healing to determine how much you love your results is something to have in mind!

WHY YOU NEED IT?

It is a type of cosmetic semi permanent makeup, essentially a lip tattoo to enhance the natural shape and color of lips. This treatment delivers a natural effect once healed giving the illusion of fuller, poutier and beautifully shaded lips.

HOW IS IT DONE?

A tiny, mechanized needle is used to deposit pigment into the lips, building layers of a beautifully curated color made just for you. Not only used to even out the color of one’s lips, it can also help to provide symmetry to uneven areas of the natural lip. Please allow about 2-2.5 hours for the service. What to expect:

  1. A topical anesthetic is applied for 20 minutes so that you will feel less pain or discomfort.
  2. During that numbing time the technician will go over your desired lip shape and tone. We will have draw on the desired shape first, so we can make any changes or tweaks  before the tattooing. Once you are happy with the shape and color, the service will begin!

WHAT IS THE RESULT?

The results are Amazing! Typically clients will have minimal swelling. Lip Blushing is considered a semi permanent procedure and you will need to come in for touchup’s and repeat the process every so often to maintain results. You will leave with the perfect toned pout!

Is Lip Blushing Painful?

Everyone is different, you may feel a little discomfort, but the topical numbing should help!

Please avoid taking naproxen, ibuprofen, or aspirin beforehand as well as supplements like fish oil, garlic, ginko and vitamin E- these can increase bleeding and swelling
